This isn't just another clinic.
I'm Grace — physio, mum of two, athlete. I've been the person rehabbing an injury while still trying to train, still trying to show up, still trying to do all the things. I built Thrive because I know what it actually takes to get people back to the life they want — not just pain-free on paper.
Every session at Thrive is active, personalised, and progressive. No passive lying around. No cookie-cutter plans. Just smart, real physio that actually works.

FAQ’s
-
During your first session we will start with a proper conversation — your history, your lifestyle, your goals, and what's actually going on. Then I assess how you're moving, put my hands on the problem, and we get you moving in the gym so you leave with more than just a diagnosis. You'll understand what's wrong, why it happened, and exactly what to do about it. No vague reassurances. No printed sheet you'll never look at again.
-
Nope. You can book directly — no GP referral needed. If you're using a GP Management Plan or have private health insurance, bring those details along and we'll sort the rest.
-
It depends. I'll give you a realistic picture after your first session — not a vague "let's see how you go." Some people need two or three sessions. Complex or long-standing issues might need more. You'll always know where you're at and why.
-
Not even a little bit. I see women who are months postpartum and women who are years down the track still dealing with symptoms they've just learned to live around. Your body is incredibly adaptable — it's never too late to start. The only thing that would make it too late is not doing anything at all.
-
I promise you — nothing you say will surprise me or make me uncomfortable. I've heard it all, and I mean that in the kindest way. Leaking, prolapse, pelvic pain, painful sex — these are medical issues, not embarrassing secrets. We talk about them like the normal, treatable things they are. Most women leave their first session wishing they'd come sooner.
Basically: the stuff everyone thinks about but doesn’t always say out loud.
