All services are delivered in accordance with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia Code of Conduct and relevant Australian healthcare standards.

3. No Guarantee of Outcomes (AHPRA Compliance)

While we provide evidence-based care and professional guidance, individual results may vary.

We do not:

• Guarantee specific outcomes

• Promise pain relief, recovery timelines, or performance results

• Make claims that treatment will cure or permanently resolve any condition

Any information provided on this website or during consultations is general in nature and does not replace personalised medical advice from your treating physiotherapist.

4. Health Information & Client Responsibility

You acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date health information

• Withholding or misrepresenting information may affect your care or safety

• You must inform your physiotherapist of any changes in your condition

You agree to follow guidance provided and to immediately communicate any discomfort, pain, or concerns during or after sessions.

If you participate in telehealth consultations:

• You acknowledge limitations compared to in-person assessment

• You are responsible for ensuring a safe, private environment

• You accept that advice is based on the information you provide and what can be reasonably assessed remotely

Telehealth is delivered in accordance with Australian telehealth and privacy standards.

It does not:

8. Cancellations & Missed Appointments

To ensure fair access to appointments:

• Cancellations within 6 hours may incur a cancellation fee

• Failure to attend an appointment without notice may be charged in full

9. Refund Policy

Refunds are not provided for:

• Completed physiotherapy services

• Missed or late-cancelled appointments

• Services already delivered

Refunds may be provided where required by Australian Consumer Law, including if a service is not delivered with due care and skill.
