All services are delivered in accordance with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia Code of Conduct and relevant Australian healthcare standards.

3. No Guarantee of Outcomes (AHPRA Compliance)

While we provide evidence-based care and professional guidance, individual results may vary.

We do not:

  • Guarantee specific outcomes

  • Promise pain relief, recovery timelines, or performance results

  • Make claims that treatment will cure or permanently resolve any condition

Any information provided on this website or during consultations is general in nature and does not replace personalised medical advice from your treating physiotherapist.

4. Health Information & Client Responsibility

You acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date health information

8. Cancellations & Missed Appointments

  • Cancellations within 6 hours may incur a cancellation fee

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Missed or late-cancelled appointments
